Inet7 provides a complete range of add-on services to our dedicated server customers. These services include Server Administration, Data Backup or Server Monitoring, & 1st Response allowing you to manage as much, or as little, of your online presence solution as desired.

• Server Administration
  User/Security admin: Inet7 can manage the creation of new users, custom permissions, and security log monitoring.
  
  Software Updates: Inet7 will manage and install software service patches and security update releases for supported software.
  
  Equipment Reboots: Inet7 will reboot the server as needed with a reasonable limit of how frequently reboots take place. (Inet7 will not reboot the system regularly to remedy poorly written applications.)
  
  
• Data Backup Services
  Inet7 will backup the files specified every night (incremental every night, and full backups once per week) to our local network tape system ensuring that your data is safe - even in the event of a hardware failure.
  
  
• Server Monitoring & 1st Response Services
  Inet7 monitors the critical ports of your dedicated server for a response every 10 minutes. In the event service on the monitored port stops responding, Inet7 staff is paged immediately with the appropriate information. In addition to port monitoring, Inet7 will also take the initiative to either reboot the server or Stop/Start the service that has failed to respond.
